This Western US crushed stone producer uses an LPT System to process a wet feed stream to produce manufactured sand at 200 TPH.

The system features LPT Sump, Pump, Separator and Dewatering Screen combined in a circuit designed to remove excess fines and selectively blend them back together to make a spec product.

Of particular note is the handleability of the material; the drip free dewatering screen discharge can be placed on a smaller conveyor that that typically used for screw product. Material is more immediately available for sale when compared with other dewatering devices.

Housekeeping is dramatically improved, trucks and mobile machinery do not track through streams of water.

Aesthetically pleasing and environmentally sensitive, this plant has minimum maintenance requirements and little operator involvement required.
