MANUFACTURED SAND

In the Western US water is critical. This installation, producing 75 TPH of manufactured sand product, is typical of the modular LPT sand processing plants. Erected in less than a day, and with minimal connections required, this plant was ready to produce consistent, dry product. Reliability is key in primary production, LPT equipment and systems are designed with the producer’s needs in mind.

This installation includes a Thickener and Belt Filter Press to immediately recirculate process water.
