This producer selected LPT equipment to produce manufactured sand at his New England based crushed stone facility. In addition to the manufactured sand plant this producer installed an LPT modular, skid based, Ultra Fines Recovery plant. Processing 2000 GPM the plant sends only –400 mesh fractions to the settling ponds.

The 9” cyclones used in these plants are more wear resistant and less prone to blockage when compared with smaller diameter units.
